PATRJAL offers leaf-flavoured water in 200 ml bottles. Product descriptions, images and availability are provided for general information and may be updated from time to time. Packaging or appearance may vary slightly from website images.
The listed product price is ₹125 per 200 ml bottle unless otherwise stated. Orders are prepaid only. Payment may be made using the payment method presented on the website. An order is subject to payment verification and acceptance by PATRJAL.
Submitting an order request through WhatsApp does not by itself guarantee acceptance. PATRJAL may contact you to verify payment, delivery details, product availability or other order information.
You are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number and delivery address details. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or failure.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

You may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order and before the order is dispatched. Contact PATRJAL on WhatsApp with your Order ID. Cancellation is subject to order status and payment verification.
If PATRJAL approves a refundable cancellation or refund, the amount will normally be returned to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing procedures. Processing time can vary by payment provider and bank.
If you receive a damaged, leaking or incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide your Order ID and clear photographs/videos of the package and product. We may arrange a replacement or refund after verification, as appropriate.
Because PATRJAL products are consumable beverages, returns are generally not accepted after delivery except where required by applicable law or where the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
If delivery fails because the customer supplied an incorrect/incomplete address, was unavailable, or otherwise prevented delivery, PATRJAL may contact the customer to arrange a suitable resolution. Any additional delivery cost, where applicable, may be communicated before re-delivery.
A refund may not be available for a change of mind after dispatch, refusal to accept a correctly supplied order, or issues caused by inaccurate customer information, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

PATRJAL currently accepts delivery requests subject to service availability. Delivery availability may depend on the customer's location and our delivery partner coverage.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including house/flat details, street, city, state and PIN code. PATRJAL is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery time depends on location, order volume, product availability, traffic, weather and delivery-partner conditions. Any estimated delivery time communicated by PATRJAL is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery deadline.
Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation. The website's displayed product total does not create a promise of free delivery unless expressly stated by PATRJAL.
Please inspect the package when received. If the bottle/package is visibly damaged, leaking or incorrect, document the issue and contact PATRJAL promptly with your Order ID and photographs/videos.
If the customer is unavailable, unreachable or the address cannot be located, the delivery partner may make another attempt or return the order. Re-delivery may be subject to availability and any applicable additional delivery charge.
